These interim terms apply to the current Intoday landing page. Additional terms may apply when a demo, account, or research workspace becomes publicly available.

1. About the site
Intoday is presented as a research workspace for long-term thinking. The current landing page provides information and previews of the product. It does not itself create a user account, process payment, or guarantee access to a released service.
2. Acceptable use
You may browse and use the site for lawful, personal, academic, or professional purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Intellectual property
The Intoday name, visual design, written content, product screenshots, and other site materials belong to Intoday or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute them for commercial purposes without permission, except where applicable law permits.
4. Product previews
Screenshots, descriptions, and demo references may show work in progress. Features, availability, interface details, and release timing may change. Nothing on this landing page is a promise that a particular feature will remain available.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services, including X and email services. Those services are independent from Intoday and are governed by their own terms. A link does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
6. Disclaimers
The landing page is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Intoday does not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Intoday will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this landing page. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
